Driver Guide (Minivan tours) and / or TOUR GUIDE (Bus)
All our tours are in English.
Net salary from €2,000 to €2,500.
We are hiring for two profiles:
1. Driver-Guide (Minivan tours), you drive and guide
2. Tour Guide (Coach/Bus tours), you guide only (no driving)
Best-paid option: Candidates who can cover both roles (Driver-Guide and Bus Tour Guide for Plitvice) will receive our highest pay rates and priority scheduling.You are also welcome to apply for only one role.
Role 1: Driver-Guide (Minivan Day Trips with up to 8 guests)
Responsibilities
• Drive guests in a minivan (Category B) on full-day trips (Plitvice & Rastoke / Ljubljana & Bled / Ljubljana & Postojna)
• Guide and engage guests throughout the day (stories, local insights, Q&A)
• Ensure smooth coordination, timing, and an excellent guest experience
Requirements
• Valid Category B driving license + confident, safe driving (active driver minimum 3 years)
• Official tour guide ID with permit for guiding Ličko-senjska county
• English C1 (excellent communication)
• Guest-focused, responsible, calm, and proactive
Role 2: TOUR GUIDE (Bus Tours — No Driving)
Important: This role is for Plitvice Lakes-Rastoke tours by bus and requires a valid Tour Guide license for Ličko-senjska county
Responsibilities
• Guide groups on coach/bus day tours to Plitvice-Rastoke (bus driver provided)
• Deliver engaging, guiding content and manage the flow of the day (timing, meeting points, group coordination)
• Maintain a high-quality guest experience throughout the tour
Requirements
• Official tour guide ID with permit for guiding Ličko-senjska county
• English C1 (excellent spoken communication and presentation)
• Professional, organized, and confident with groups
